hello I'm an electrician, everybody listens but employers. Last one dismissed me from breach of confidentiality clause. Upheld by the tribunal. Currently having same problem, was dismissed fast track is really for whisleblowing Asbestos storage heaters. Why have legislation, Lonely struggle WHY society is more interested in companies being protected in the interest of making money, and those of us exposed are natural wastage, its left to workers to put up and shut up

My dumbass brother just replaced the dry wall in the kitchen yesterday and there was a bunch of asbestos insulation . He knew what it was but didnt give a shit. Fuck him.

I dont know how long it takes for the asbestos to settle, or if it will always be stirring around. He swept up a handful of it and through it in the bathtub. I picked up a wet crumb not knowing what it was and smeared it in my fingers. His friend, "No worries, it takes years until you get cancer" Jesus man you still get cancer you fucking idiot.

3 of us where exposed to Asbstos fibrers on Wylfa Nuclear 2002 the overalls where washed in an ordinary laundrette posibly rxposing the workers there,and attempt to cover it up followed, now I have an employment tribunal March 2 2009 due to getting sacked for whustle blowing, or Capability due to ill health according to Babcocks

It's not curable, and there is one one mesothelioma, I have two friends who's fathers died of mesothelioma, one was a bus driver, the other a carpenter, both died a horrible death. Very sad, very overlooked!
